Counter-Notice

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
